Digital edge position controller EPC-100

EPC-100 edge position controller is a high accuracy controller can trace the edge of material. It is high reliability, high anti-interference, long life spam. EPC-100 with photoelectric sensor and synchronous motor, which constitute digital edge position control system, is widely applied in printing, packaging, textile industry of roll materials’ edge position control.

Features

• With single electric-eye , same edge/opposite edge double electric-eye 3 working mode.
• Drive single phase synchronous motor and web guiding sensitivity is adjustable, motor forward/reverse can be changed.

Photoelectric sensor EPS-A

EPS-A photoelectric sensor is coaxial reflective type edge position sensor, suitable to trace edge of non-transparent material for web guiding control.

• Discrete output, can work with EPC-100 edge position controller
• Dual light source, improve color difference
• Potentiometer calibration
• Simple and stable.

Ultrasonic sensor EPS-C

EPS-C ultrasonic sensor adopts The principle of high frequency ultrasound rectilinear propagation to detector the edge of material. Compared to photoelectric sensor, it is not affected by material transparency and easy to use. Suitable to trace edge of non-breathable material (eg. Plastic film, paper etc.), unsuitable for breathable material as cloth and non-woven material.

Synchronous motor linear drive

EPD-100 series synchronous motor linear drive is with compact & reasonable compact, elegant appearance, strong mechanical strength, full connection spare parts, easily installed and running stable, , tiny mechanical wear, long service life, Can work match the EPC - 100 edge position controller.
